C'mon, no need to be shy.

There is a group of us here that ride dual sport and also hare scrambles on a regular basis. We also frequent ONF, usually riding dual sport.

Haven't been down here in regional much as it seems kind of quiet. We've been to Croom a couple of times recently and racing a little FTR.

This weekend TCTR will begin cutting trail for our upcoming FTR race in late January. If you are within the area feel free to join. Treasure Coast Trail Riders is a great group of riders and racers and the club puts on riding events as well as our annual FTR hare scramble. We cut trail, but also ride while we are out there. I will be there Saturday AM early and come home Sunday. You can dry camp Saturday night.

Question How is it set up to register at Croom

I'ts been about 2yrs since I've been there.I called them up once and asked
how much for the year, she told me and she also said that I have to register
my quad at motor vehicles, and that they will give me a bar code sticker to
put on my bike. I was wondering if any one has heard about it.

Croom requires that you prove ownership of your bike. In recent years a hand-written bill of sale would suffice; it was really lax. I still hear of people using bills of sale for this, but haven't tried it personally. My bikes are either tagged or have Floriduh green stickers, so each has registration paperwork.

Pretty sure the green sticker is what you were told about. It's not a "barcode" sticker, just a state ohv sticker. '03 and up OHV's have titles and should have state registration. You can get a green sticker for an older bike, but you might have to jump through a couple of flaming hoops with the local tax collector to get it.

I'm a ways south of you, but feel free to slip down to Vero for a day.

We also race FTR and will be at the Boondocks hare scramble this weekend west of Palatka. Check out the FTR site for details.
