VAL, I've come to the harsh realization that round is a shape!! Seriously, I have never ridden there but I think Dane has. Maybe Kevin and Tracy too. I've heard it is a lot of fun. Last I knew they required a membership.

Yes, its 35 dollars a year, but it comes with a subscription to Trans World. Wooo Hooo. I just think for the savings in time and gas its worth it.

Man, 45 mins? Thatd be great. Im thinking no matter what kind of shape the track is in, its a close place to ride and itd def get you in shape. #5.00 membership seems very reasonable also.

Milestone has a bunch of great tracks. Josh has filmed up there and has told me that it looks like a lot of fun. I am hoping to get up there this year too. It is only about 45 minutes from me as well.

Have fun!!!!

Val, our club is putting on a race at Milestone this weekend for the AMA Socal MX series. Come on out and ride. There a few ATM'ers (Dirtbikindad393, DsBabyDoll, P1M, Hacker, Tracy and myself) that will be there. If you decide to come out, go to sign ups and just ask for Dane Evans....Trust me, everyone knows Dane.

Here's [Only registered and activated users can see links. ] website. Just a reminder, they are changing the track up a little before our race.

Edit:
I forgot to tell you that we are racing under the lights you can check [Only registered and activated users can see links. ] for any info on the series.

Track Layouts
The 55 acre park has five tracks: Main Track, Vet Track, Intermediate Track, Pit Bike Track and Pee Wee Track. There are also two R/C Tracks, one paved and one dirt.

Here is the race schedule for the day/night. There will also be a really fun team race that starts pretty competitive and gets downright funny by the end.

Come on out & see us all. Shoot Dane a PM and he'll give you some info for the weekend. We will be there hopefully by early Friday morning.

Wait....this could create a problem for the TX caravan. If you don't meet him until you are getting in the truck before y'all leave for TX, you can't change your mind about riding with him & E all that way.

Kevin is right. EVERYONE knows who Dane is. I have had more strangers in my trailer the past two weekends. He is like the little boy who brings home stray puppies, and for some reason, they are always hungry!

Yeah VAL come out Saturday and race into the night with us. Milestone is very fun. They have 5 tracks and they are lighted so you can ride into the evening during the week when you want to get some practice.

Milestone is a very cool track and well groomed. The only problem with it is that it can get a bit corwded there. If you are coming from orange county to do some night riding there, don't expect it to be only a a 45 min drive durring the week. it will be more like at least an hour and a half. Let me know when you hit up some local tracks. I am down to ride almost anytime.

I would love to come out, but I think my son and his friend were making plans for me to take them out to Pismo this weekend. We'll see......

Deb,

Don’t worry about me backing out of the TX trip, Dane and Ernie seem like my kind of crowd.

By the way, I see that Dane is the Referee, what does a MX referee do? And I don’t mean that the way it came out, I’m just asking the question, once again flaunting my ignorance.

Another stupid question what does Senior 40+ All & 60+ 5 Laps mean? Does that mean 40-59year old riders followed by the 60+ riders?

Mostly they do 99% of all the work with no help, listen to *****ing & moaning, take complaints and be unappreciated. It is rewarding though when the race comes off well.

Moto Re: Milestone

Well I drove about half way to work this morning and said, WTH. Went back home, loaded the bike a set off for Milestone. It was like shangrila. No one was there, tracks watered tree shade in the parking area. The only thing was those district 37 guy sure left allot of ruts. I had a blast, but really suck at track ridding. Just need more practice though.
