Angry STUPID STUPID STUPID

yesterday i just HAD to ride. the withdrawals were getting to me. so i whip out the TTR125L and bolt the stock exhaust back on, and lube the chain, start it up to warm up. YAY i'm going riding!!! about 1/2 mile from my house, it will NOT RUN AT ALL. it will start, but that was it. 1/10000000 throttle was all i could muster. it felt like it was super duper lean, like i had a freaking 80 main jet or something... but i knew that i had installed the 110 main earlier, because i was going to install the free-flowing exhaust. oh well, logic doesnt work in the desert, so i PUSHED the fat hog home, and proceeded to dump gas all over myself trying to get that stupid float bowl off without spraying gas everywhere. (no luck)
i finally get it off, and what the hell is THAT!? there is a STICK in my main jet... well, part of one, it was a sliver of wood about 1/4" long and completely clogged the main jet. this explains the lean bog : so i put her all back together and take off again, still with the 110 main. i do a few hard pounding laps (i just put in a new truckload of dirt for a berm, and built a small 20' double) but it is supremely rich. go figure. it's only 90 degrees out and already my jetting is off. so i ride home, popping and hiccuping all the way. i spray 93 octane all over my new jersey and pants again. YAY and i go find the 105 main to put in. meanwhile, Mother Desert forgets to pop a midol and starts blowing wind HARD. hard enough to blow my float bowl over, dumping some little white plastic donut looking thing out. it sat down in the bottom of the bowl, and it shrouded the main jet. my guess was that it kept fuel from sloshing out of the jet's reach, causing a lean BOOOGGGGG. i didnt think and just set it beside the bowl. another gust of wind comes up and that tiny plastic peice is GONE. last i saw, it was blowing over the bushes some 30 feet away. YAY dont i feel great.
i figure "eeehhhh, its alright. what harm can it do?" and finish jetting the carb. i go out for another ride (the wind has died down now, 50mph gusts SUCK) and what do you think happened. of course! every single time i hit that rough double, (you literally FELL into it- i'll post a drawing since my digicam is missing : ) it nearly shut off in midair. then, oh yes... the whoop section was FUN FUN FUN with a motor that literally died after the 2nd hump... boy it was fun. i have video of everything but the whoops, since they were like 3 miles of cactus-ridden trails away and my brother (who was filming) didnt feel like riding on the back of the bike fighting off prickly pears and mesquite bushes (ever see a mesquite bush? 2 inch long thorns. no kidding either) and man, that TTR has never seen harsher days : without the ability to land on the gas and on the rear wheel slightly, that made for some frame-flexing landings even worse than that 50 footer at the dunes :

my question is, where can i find such a plastic peice? i don't have another one to show to the Stealer to get another one, and the partsfish doesnt list it either. those of you with TTRs, its that nickle-sized white plastic donut that sits in the bottom of the float bowl, and the main jet goes in the middle of it. if you can, find a part number for it, either with your manual or something. that would be REALLY cool and i'd appreciate it very much!

Sheesh that does suck.

Looks like it's #38 on the link CRacer posted. (2002 TTR 125 anyway, not sure what year yours is).

that's the same microfiche i looked at on Ronies'. it looks like that, except it doesn't go between the main jet and whatever that it screws into, it goes under it. i dont know.

anyone with a TTR125 (they havent changed since 99 when they were introduced, minus the e-start on '03 and '04 models) that has re-jetted, do you know what i'm talking about?

its a "splash guard" for the main jet

keeps fuel from splashing around too much
