| i just got an applied racing rear spring and when i try to install it the directions say to loosen the 14mm nut and i do it then what? the eyebolt still wont come out. anyone have any ideas? |

The eyelet is not supost to come off, you need to look at the ring at on one end of the shock it will have a groove/cut out in it. when you back off the preload rings you should be able to slide the spring retainer off the shock shaft, change the spring & reinstall the retainer & readjust the preload. |

| if your talkin about a xr/crf50 the directions are right. loosen the nut and the eye bolt should spin should thread off. mine did no problem |
