Woody I appriciate what you had to say about the millville. And I have to agree that these Kendas run forever, as I've had my Carlsbad for 14 months and it's still looking good. I got it for free from a friend who though he'd used it up after 8 races plus practices on a kxf250. However I believe the Carlsbad to be a better all around tire when turned in the intermediate direction. The rear Kenda Calsbad is a tire I believe will always serve the purposes I need and I plan on buying more when I need a new rear tire. I've been running a Carlsbad on the front of my bike as well and but have noticed that it seems to have a somewhat wishy washy feeling at higher speeds. However I've heard good things about the Millville front tires and plan on trying one of them.

Dunlop for now, but I'm going to try Michelin next.

D756 front. It's ok, but I think it's not the right tire for whre I ride.

D739 A/T Desert rear. I like the rear and it's lasted almost a year on the 500R.

I am currently running Dunlop front and rear 739 and 756.

My next tire will be a Maxxis Desert IT on the rear. Might try one on the front too but I have a few dunlops to wear out first.

I ride a Yamaha 426 in the desert mostly. Tough terrain that chews up tires pretty good.

I've got a Maxxis IT and I have no clue what any other tire feels like, I know this tire really hooks up though. I will be buying a new maxxis front tire pretty soon too. Maxxis

It may last one ride, but how about 2? I have run that tire on my KX500 and have yet to find a better rooster anywhere. Although, with the great traction comes the shorter shelf life. At least that is what I found. If I had my choice, it would be the grip of the M5B and the lifespan of the Maxxis IT.

Dunlop is releasing a new tire, the 952. They claim its a longer lasting tire (new compound and know structure) for a wide variety of dirt (whatever thats gonna mean in the real world). Anyway, I hope to read/hear some reviews on it soon, I need new treads.

That should be interesting, I love their 752's, but they don't last at all, but that's OK, I can get barely used ones for 5 bucks.

Right now I am using the 125-size Michelin S12 on the rear, and a Dunlop D756 on the front. It has been pretty good. I plan on trying the 250-size S12 for the rear, and a D742 for the front as my next combo. Should be better from everything I've read.
