The Millville is a good tire, front and back, but they do chunk off on the edges in rocks.

great tires IMHO....long lasting and great traction...

I've been running the Millville in the rear for a awhile and in the loam it's great and in the hard pack it's... OK. I think I'm going back to the Washougal after this one wears down, it seems to cross over to the firmer dirt better.

Kenda...

Yet, we have Chinese KINGS TIRE, but good asks I have not heard. Be waiting spring. Now cold for enduro (-15, -18)

First of all, welcome to ATM.
If I understand you correctly, you are unable to buy just any tire you want. If the Kenda is easily available, that's a plus. You mention enduro so I assume that is the type of riding you do. Maybe not all the time? You may want to look at the new Parker DT. It is supposed to be one of the best all around tires sold by Kenda. I think it's a dez tire but there is lots of different terrain in the desert.

What are you landing on? Is there a down hill or something? That looks a bit high for a flat landing.
