Parting out 02 Prairie 650

Hello everyone. I have a bit of a long story. I am a long time member of a sportbike forum and a nautiuque boat forum and there is tons of great info as well as being a great place to buy and sell parts. I also realize that everyone hates it when someone joins a forum and posts something for sale in their first post. So I am sorry for doing this but I really didn't know what else to do.

Here we go. My father bought a 2002 Kawasaki Prairie 650 from a one person owner. Bike had very few miles on it. It had been sitting up for about a year and a half without running. Got the bike home and it just would not open up (kinda like the carbs needed cleaning). Took it to a mechanic and had it fixed. He thought. This thing ran great for a 11 miles and then it started smoking and stalling. The mechanic said it would take $2000 to fix it and needless to say there was lots of unfriendly words exchanged because he would not admit fault in anything or back up his work in any way. Oh well lesson learned. My dad went and bought a new ATV yesterday and this one is just sitting in the garage until someone buys it or I get it completely parted out as my father has no clue how to run a computer or ship parts. For those of you wondering if the bike is stolen I have all of the paperwork on this ATV and would be glad to show it.
