Yeh the 250X/300EX came out in the 90's...but thats the only one i knew.

Both the 250EX and 300EX and the foremans, ranchers, rubicons all came out in the 90's.

Woody meant the 250x. They sold them up until 92 then replaced them with the 300ex. Same quad except for the addtional 30 cc's and an electric start. The 300ex still has the notch in the plastic where the kick starter on the 250x rested. You would think they would have twinked that out of the plastic molds, but they didn't. I think they are one of the most reliable quads ever built.
