2005 Polairs front hub removal

Hey

Need some help!! I have a 2005 Polairis 330 Trail Blazer, got the front bearings going out, but can get the hub off the spindle. I do not see any snap rings holding it on, do i need a special puller?? Or is there a snap ring there but i just dont see it.

Any help would be great!!

Hey

Here is a great way of removing the hub from your 2005 Trailboss 330. If the hub was stuck as mine was, you will need a puller. Put one arm on the puller at the 3:00 postion and the 9:00 postion on the hub and start backing it off of the spindel, it will come off with a bit of effort. Once the hub is off the spindle inspect the spindle for any damaged and bit of emory cloth will take care of most. If you are like me and dont have a press here is a hint. Take your new bearings and place them in your frezzer for a while 3 or 4 hours should be long enough, this actully will shrink the bearing jus a bit, take a block of wood and tamp the bearing in place and your seal in your hub, and you back on the road before you know it!
