2003 pred

so whats the deal with these quads? I know they have a tendency to crack the frame near the gas tank, anything els to look out for?


my friend wants one of my sleds BAD and will trade his pred for it.

what are they worth? he trail rides it and isnt to hard on it. I'v rode it several times and seems to be mechanicly fine. pretty good power but my 250 still walks it when we drag race.

basicly, Im wondering if I can get more out of the pred then my rmk? I was thinking of asking 2,500 for my sled and take 2,000.. will the pred bring in more $$ then that?

only reasen Im selling my sleds is because I want something newer.

Don't know what they go for around your area (cycle trader or Craigs list would be good places to look), but in MY neck of the woods, they pretty readily go for between $2500-$3000.

cheapest 03 I found on CR is 2550. the most expensive one was 3300.. Im thinking hard about doing it. then again, summers almost over (already have snow up on the mountains) and it might be hard selling a quad this time of the year.
