what is the best long travel kit for a yfz450

I have read a lot of posts about a-arms and long travel shocks,
for me i weigh 165lbs. and like to jump a lot but nothing too big, the most i do is like my fmx ramp i built and trail ride...
I was wondering of those of you guys who has actually seen and ridden with long travel suspension.
first a-arms, which seems to be the lightest but more durable? and for shocks is elka better than works? I have found some on ebay that are

the (Elka Quad Rate shocks (PB36CLT)) are better than the Elka Long Travel Elite Shocks (ElitePB36CRLT)?

I'm not into racing very often so i don't really need anything really heavyduty in a-arms i don't think? I would like some opinions on this. I don't want to spend that much money and not like it.
