does anyone know the float setting measurement for a 05 raptor 660?

I need to set my float level but dont know the correct measurement dealer closed today.

While I hate to reffer you to another site, this is by far the best post on setting the float level on raptor carbs. Sorry if I offend anyone but this explains it well.

Did adjusting the floats work for you?

havent had a chance to try it out yet but i checked them with the clear tube method from the other site and the fuel level in the hose was just above the carb to bowl split i didnt have a ruler to measure exactly if it was 3mm above so im going to measure it in the morning and try it, to loud to do it tonight I had to go to that darn job thing again so i didn't have time today.

Any reason you are doing this? bike running rough??

was having alot of trouble with sputtering and dying found out that i had moved the breather tube on my carbs to close to the seat and it was pinching it off causing the problem. wish i would have noticed it sooner but hey at least now im pretty knowledgeable in setting floats and jetting thanxs to all the help i've gotten from the great people on ths site my raptors running great now
