Default CRF450 X mods

Im just curious what mods are working the best on the thumpers. I have a 07 crf450x with JD jett kit,air box mods(top removed, sides opened up) and smog equip blocked off. Those are the only engine mods done and this bike runs great but I was thinking of tryin the quickshot. How do you guys like the Quickshot #1 or#2? I noticed now ther is an adjustable QS (QS#3). I have read Redbeard450s thread on the AP mod- shorten diaghram rivot, tiewire the adj screw- but I think my 07 does not require this mod, correct?

oh yea forgot about the pipe, Ive got a White Bros full exhaust on it. That was the best mod I did, really let it breathe! But ive still got a little hesitation and bog right off the throttle I cant get rid of. Ive heard the Quickshot fixes that.

yea, i think i have the hole shot or somethin similar, but it still has that hesitation rite off the bat, i think the only way to get rid of that, is a diff cam. im puttin in an 02 450r cam in mine, just waitin for work to be done, and will let you know how it works

Sweet! Did you just swap out the cam for a 450r cam? Is that all you had to swap? Would I have to run the 50/50 mixture with just a cam swap?
