Who uses race gas

Lets see who all uses race gas for there two strokes.

Well we use VP 100 unleaded for the 06 CR and 05 YZ 250's and VP 110 leaded for the 03 Banshee! All mixed with Klotz super tecniplate at 32:1

Unless you have the need for high octane gas you're wasting your money. 92 pump for me mixed at 32:1 with super techniplate.

I had my head milled and needed more octane. I mixed 50/50 with VP 112.

Well the Texaco station a mile from my house has VP 100 110 116 at the pump lol So its all good for me.

92 from the pump with torco gp-7 fully synthetic at 32:1

If you are at the top of your class and need every advantage, then I can see the need for 'race' gas.

85% of riding/racing is about the rider's skill, not the performance of the bike. This ratio definately changes as you go higher in the ranks.
