Default chain ajustment screws stuck

hey guys need a little hep hear my chain ajustment screws are stuck and the guy that has the cr 250 befor me pretty muc rounded then off so what do i do

you could buy something like this [Only registered and activated users can see links. ]
I think they sell them inividually so you don't have to spend all that money.

maybe take a dremel and cut a very shallow slit enough to get a slotted screw driver in there? But buy new bolts afterwards of course.

just some possible ideas.

i would say you need to find a machinest to drill out and retap the holes. i have had the same problem over the years and thats the best correct fix.

hey i thought that was what i was gonna hafta do but i put a socket on it instead of a wrench and slowley worked it out using WD-40 finialy got it out lol i was afraid of breaking the bolt off but luckley it worked out fine i cleand the rst off and u can screw it in wiht ur fingers...thanks fer the post

you got luck on your side! i would def. put some anti siez on them now.

Just to emphasize this. I literally dip the bolts in anti-seize and back the bolts all the way in and all the way out. I've had trouble in the past....can't you tell

lol yea the guy that had it befor me would olny turn the bolts so fer and would put spacers in so he would not hafta turn them out so fer because they wouldnt but i was gld to get it lined out it would have been agervating

The previous owner of my bike painted the threads of the adjusters with red locktite.....
