What he meant to say was "Renthals are the only brand that bend the first time you lay the bike down".

I have several sets in the garage if you want them...they are all bent.........

DING DING DING!!! We have a weiner, errr ummm winner folks! Renthals are JUNK with a big, fat capital J. If you want strong bars, go with Pro Tapers or the equivalent (maybe). I've never tried the Fly Aero tapered or TAG T-2's but they should be a heck of a lot stronger than anything Renthal makes. I had a set of TAG X-5's (crossbar style) before my Pro Tapers that were VERY good bars. The only reason I got rid of them is because for some reason one of the crossbar bolts loosened up, then stripped out from getting banged around on. I have Pro Tapers now and will never own another bar... PERIOD.

Fly bars cause I like to Fly!
Probably alot of alloy fat bars are made at the same factory!
Similar to guitar strings, just different label on them.
The fly bar looks the same as the PT and the Tags. not much difference in them.

Actually, if you compare the two (PT's vs Fly) their is a huge difference.
