hey guys i just wanted to know wut setup ud go w/on a 05 yz250f...i mostly ride the woods...i wanted to know if ud go with the tag matrix top and bottom clamps with the t2 bars..or the applied top and bottoms with the pro taper bars?

i think all that stuff is just preference.. get what bars u can find with the best bend that fits you right.. as for clamps do u just want trick looking ones or do u need them for some reason.. if not i would just get some 1 1/8 adapters for like 40 bucks or whatever.. and if u want colored triple clamps they can be powdercoated for pretty cheap

I would get the applied top and bottoms with the pro taper bars. That my preference(sp?) though

Tag Metals is super good stuff - my KTM 450 has polished tag fatbars that look like chrome without the weight - i` haven`t had enough beers yet to remember proper but i believe TAG uses superior grade metals in all the goods - i also have a yamaha yz250 2005 and want fatbars and ktmkids advice is good advice,consider FIT and bend of the bars and any other options you may want in the clamps -you have a very wide range of choices for bars or clamps -i`m also running blue ASV pro levers and perches on the yz250 and black KTM hard parts folding levers on the ktm with ASV rotating perch collars on both bikes- i really love my TAG bars and would choose a TAG clamp over most clamp sets
