Hitch Mounted Bike Haulers

I would think that you could drill a hole in the side like you are talking about, but I doubt the wall thickness of the receiver would be enough. You could have a nut welded to it to provide plenty of threads.

Perfect! I was worried about the thickness also but had no solution!
