Default Tech 8 Review

I am in love with these boots. My brother had given me horror stories of breaking in boots, but these felt perfect. Truly, I do not need Tech 8's, but it was the only ones in my size at the store and my dad was desperate to put me in something besides a sneaker after my brother fractured his leg while not wearing boots. They are pricey (mine were $345), but they honestly rock.

Glad you're happy with the boots Katy! And definitely glad you've got a pair now...much safer with them.

Also, welcome to the site...hope to see you posting often!

Thanks so much! Yeah, I had a fall just last Saturday when a four wheeler came close to colliding into me while I was practicing a track next to our house. (People need to know that you go WITH THE FLOW OF TRAFFIC) Anyways, I am now looking to invest in a jersey and pants as my knees and elbows took a huge blow. The point being, my ankles were fine The boots did their job.

Hopefully you've got gloves, goggles?

This is all in assumption that a helmet goes without saying....

I'd keep an eye out on ebay for some reasonably priced pants & jersey...or you can check the closeout sections at:

I'm sure there are others as well.

Yeah, I never go without a helmet and gloves. Goggles I most normally wear, but sometimes I go without. Thanks for the advice and websites. Any bargains would be nice.

I hate not havin goggles on. I never use to were them just sunglasses but once you get use to them they are irreplaceble.
Also you only get two eyes and once there gone there gone, eyes can't be fixed as easly as bones, and usally you break your own bones but its the guy spitin rocks in front of you that breaks your eyes. if that makes sense.
