What does everyone have as their gear bag I'm wanting to get a gearbag that is roomy, durable, and up to $70.I don't need wheels on it. I'm kind of getting annoyed having to put things separate and just want everything to be together and organized. Thanks in advance.

I just got a MSR 250W bag for Christmas and I haven't used it yet but it is big and roomy. I have been using a very big tupperware bin that I got at Wal-Mart. It works great and although the gear bag is good looking the bin is probably better. It is easy to load into the car, easy to clean and it holds all my gear and all my kids gear. I can stand on the lid if I want when I get out of my stuff. The gear bag only holds my gear, but it does look good.

This is what I have.... [Only registered and activated users can see links. ] It's quite roomy and I can fit everything I could possibly want in it. It has a big compartment which I keep my helmet, shin guards (2 sets cause I can't decide which feel better!) goggles, the rest of my riding gear and a couple extra sets of clothes in with some room left over and it has an end compartment for boots so I can keep those muddy things seperate from everything else. I also has smaller pockets for smaller things. It's pretty big but I like that I can put so much in it and it's all in one place and yet have my little things (phone, keys, extra grips, grip glue, tools, meds, snacks or whatever else I feel I need to take with me for riding LOL) seperate so I can easily find them. Not bad for $60..

I have a few different ones for different kinds of riding. My advice is to hit a sports store. Hockey bags are for most part MUCH better in construction, price, and there is more variation in what is offered.

I've got a big Fox bag with wheels, it's right about the limit size for checked airline bags. It's big enough that I can fit all my gear, including chest protector, boots and leatt inside. My son can even fit in it. We've also got a couple of plastic totes that the kids use for their gear. And Daniel has an older MSR bag... you can tell it's older by the colors... a bright orange and funky blue. All the above work well. I like the hockey bag idea.
