Question EVS Knee Braces

Do any of you have any information about the EVS Web or RS-7 knee brace? Are they any good? They seem good, but I always need a second opinion.

I currently don't have any knee problems, and don't want to, so I plan on buying 2 for preventative measures.

Here's the other reason for this post (being the cheap sucker that I am) While talking to a guy about them, I asked him if he would be willing to give me a discount if I could round up 10 or so other people to buy with me? He said he could do something like that. I asked what he could do, and he said that depending on how many we could get to buy with me, he would increase the discount, but for starters he could do $165 for the RS-7. I don't recall what he said on the Web brace. If there is interest I will find out.

I'm also thinking about the kneck brace they have. Don't know that we can get a discount on that one (maybe though), since he told me that in his opinion all riders should wear them since 80% of all kneck and upper back injuries could be avoided if people wore them (don't know the validity of this claim since he's a sales guy, but seems to make sense to me).

Go to www.evs-sports.com and check out the braces.

Any of you interested? PM me if you are.

Man, I'm getting rave responses on this...

I talked to the guy again today and he said that we don't have to all buy the same brace either. So whatever brace you are interested in we can get for at least a 15% discount. If we get a lot of responses, we can probably get 20%.

Just trying to help out. :

Talking Re: EVS Knee Braces

Woody,
Count me in for right and left knee braces. I need all of the help I can get with my worn out body . I cannot quit racing so its patch up and weld in gussets ( just finished that one )

This sounds like something worthwhile.

I talked to the guy and told him about the lack of participation I received, and he said he would still sell both of us the knee braces for 160 + shipping. So if you are still game, let me know. Just PM me with your info and I'll get it to him and let you know (tracking numbers and the likes) when they are in the mail.

AMEN!

Oh well. I guess the saying goes, you can lead a horse to water, but you can't make him drink.

As soon as I get your info, I'll send it along. Oh, by the way, If you would be more comfortable with just calling him, I'll get you the number and the name of the guy to talk to, and what to say so he hooks you up.

Either way though it fine with me.

im not interested in buying, I already have a some. I have the evs vision knee braces. I dont think they are the strongest braces ever but that is not why i bought them and they are very confortable. I dont have any problems with my knees and i just wanted to feel safe but at the same time looking for some that are confortable, so i got the visions and I forget im even wearing the braces after half a lap.
