Question YFZ Jetting Problems

I have a 05 YFZ 450 and it was recently bored out and now I cant get it too idle. It will idle perfectly with the choke all the way out. But when the choke goes in it stalls. I have the baffle removed and the air box lid is off with a K&N air filter. I am looking to know what kind of jetting specs to do to it. I am using a dynojet jet kit also. Thanks

Had the same problem on my 500 after a rebuild once. Turned out to be an air leak. Would run fine with the choke on just like yours. MAybe someone else will chime in.

Whats your elevation?

What are your current carb settings (pilot, needle, main, fuel screw)?
