Question Is the Warrior on the way out?

With all of these new quads lately, do you think the Warrior is on its way out?

I'm not sure, there are a lot of people out there who still want a mountain goat, "sporty" quad. We sold more Warriors at my shop last year than we did Banshee's.

I'm always surprised by how many quad that are of lesser cc that still sell like mad. there are plenty of people out there that want the smaller bore since the big ones are just too much (they don't know any better obviously)

Honda still sells quite a few 300EX's too.

More Warriors than Banshees in Utah???

I'd think with all of that sand, there'd be no comparison!:

I don't know that I would go as far as to say more warriors. I am just saying that they are still selling. I had more Banshee's for sale than warriors, just happened to sale the Warriors when they would come in. There are just tons of Banshee's for sale here, which makes it a tough market to sell them.

Good point about everything on the internet being true. I'll have to remember that.

All I know is that you can go to any Yamaha dealer and they always have a warrior available for sale, but the Raptor is not so readily available, though not usually a long wait, so I highly doubt the Warrior is out selling the Raptor.

That is very interesting. I also thought it interesting when I asked Honda why they haven't changed the 400EX yet and they said that it is still the top selling sport quad. Who would've guessed.

I admit that it was probably about a year ago when I talked to Honda, so the new Z400/KFX400 wasn't out yet. I'd have a real hard time believing that the 400EX is the top selling sport quad now.
