88 blaster transmission ??

i have an 88 blaster the top end is brand new bored .30 over and the head is milled 20 thousands it has a brand new wiesco piston, there is maby and hour and a half on the new parts, it also has a pro circut pipe and a kehine flat slide carb, the engine runs perfect, but the bike dosent seem to pull like my dads stock blaster,ive already checked the clutch and the gearing is stock ideas???

You have just changes like five variables on you Blaster. The carb being a major one , and two strokes are infamous for being picky eaters. If everything else is up to par it must be your jetting. Frirst figure out if it is running ritch or lean. then go to your local yammy dealer. And get a like 4 main jets all bigger (ritcher if thats the case) and 2 bigger jet needles fiddle around untill you get that perfect combo. Learn how to read the plug. It's gotta be your Feul- air mixture by the sound of it.
