looky here 2005 YFZ 450 SE Problems, Please Help

I just installed a full HMF exhaust on my 2005 YFZ 450 SE, rejetted the main and pilot jets with the jets that HMF sent me, and installed a fuel mixture screw on the carb. It had a lot of trouble even starting and when started it revs extremely high and backfires a whole lot. I tried the fuel mixture screw on all 4 settings and that doesn't seem to change anything at all. Can anyone help me out here? I would greatly appreciate it.
