Default Will I need to get a new crankshaft?

I believe something fell in my engine threw the carb and ****ed it all up. Should I be worried about the crankshaft or no? I am replating and getting a new piston do I have to do anything else as this is my 2nd 2 stroke rebuild. This is also a 2002 rm85 imgur.com/a/AFcEYXu

The only way to know for sure is to take it completely apart and inspect. Remember that what ever went into the engine did at some point also enter and exit the crank cavity.

At the very least you'll want to split the cases and make sure there aren't any little bits of metal in there that aren't supposed to be.
