i was just wondering what would be the best pipe of a 20032004 rm250 for riding in the sand dunes. i do alot of steep uphill drag racing at dumont dunes. i am also wondering if anybody has used the eric gorr 265cc big bore kit. i am wondering if it would be a good upgrade for uphill sand drags. thanks

Id say get the pro circuit pipe and silincer, they have great sound and awsome performance. As for the 265 i dont see that it would hurt. Good luck.

If you are ever considering having your bike modified, and your question regarding the bigbore kit tells me you are, ask whoever is going to eventually do the modifications what his work best with. One of the largest suppliers of bigbore kits and plating has suggested the FMF Fatty for his applications or big bores in general. But check with whoever you are planning to use for your hopup work. My experience with the bigbore kits makes me want to spend my money there way faster than I would on any pipe and silencer combo, as they (the pipe/silencers) don't make near the difference. It especially makes sense when it is topend time anyway. New piston, oversize bore and plating, porting, and headwork for $450.00 is a better deal than a pipe and silencer anyday in my book.

What makes the biggest difference are V Force3 Reed Valves. Those are nice!!!!! -Pintlar-

FMF or nothing! I would go only FMF. For a RM like yours I would put a FMF Fatty or Gnarly these will give a lot of torqe for those up hill climbs! That is what I have on my RM 250 is a FMF fatty and it gives a lot better power band than my old Pro Circut pipe. If for some reason you do not want a FMF get a Bills pipe because those are what the Suzuki bikes were tested on.
