Default RMX CLUTCH/TRANNY NOISE

Hey people, I've been dealing with the rmx clutch making a ratyle noise for a couple years....i have replaced the needle bearing and sleeve which didn't really quiet it up....after my last ride it has gotten alot worse to where it sounds like something is goin to grenade....its so bad I pulled everything apart today to inspect....but unfortunately I cannot find ANYTHING questionable....below is a link for a vid to hear it....looking for suggestions. Thanks in advance

As clutch parts and gears wear you will hear this. It is loud, but not as bad as I have heard. You replaced the wear items except for the gears and the bearing in the case behind the clutch. Do you have wear on the gears? can you wiggle the clutch basket?
Is the clutch hob nut tightened correctly and the lock washer in place?
Some bikes are just noisier than others.

I hate trying to diagnose sound issues by YouTube videos but I honestly didn't hear anything out of the ordinary. My 16 YZ450FX makes a bunch of noise idling in neutral as well, there's a lot of stuff moving around inside there.

I can wiggle the clutch basket approx 2-3mm. Nut and washer torqued and in place..one of the gears has noticeable wear on it, couple teeth have pits on them. I have a new gear and all bearings on the way. The noise has gotten considerably louder in nuetral and also it's noticeable while riding that's why I'm concerned. If the noise wasn't noticeable while riding then I'd just roll with it....
