"Clear Itself Out" - To ride the bike at a high rpm until all the excess fuel in the motor is used. In my experience, when my dad rides my bike and doesnt get into the powerband more then once for his 15 min ride, I have to get on it to "clean the bike out" I usualy cant clear the bike out if the air filter is dirty. Try cleaning your airfilter. Good Luck

Surely that implies the bike is running rich?

Pull the plug and kick it a bunch of times with the throttle wide open then put the plug back in and try again. (Check your air filter and drop your needle a few notches while you are at it!) Scott
