| hi guys,,i've only recently bought an RM250 2001 model an have been riding mostly in the bush,,just curious what sprocket combination would be the best for riding single trails and doing a bit of up hill riding. cheers guys |

| Hey i have a 2000 250 and i run stock gearing a 13 - 49 works great in the hills here in tennessee. |

| I always go to a 1 tooth smaller front sprocket so that you have some lower gearing for the tight stuff. The bike will also react quicker so it serves two purposes. |

| hey there i have a 1999 rm 250 and the bike came stock wiht a 13/48 so i went up two teeth on the back and dropted one on the front so now i have 12/50 and here in kentucky all the trails i ride it is fine. |
