HELP NEEDED CAN YOU HELP AGE AN RM 250 PLEASE

I HAVE A RM250 THAT I HAVE JUST BOUGHT BUT CANT FIND ANY FRAME NUMBERS ONLY AN ENGINE NUMBER THAT READS 33683 AND IT HAS GOLD WHEELS THAT READ 10/91 .
I NEED TO KNOW WHAT YEAR THE ENGINE IS MAINLY AS IT HAS COME TO ME JUMPING OUT OF THIRD GEAR.

well. to start.. a rim wont tell you anything about the year of the bike.
if your not the original owner.. lots of things could be aftermarket or from a different year of bike.

easy way to tell what year it is, is the frame. plastics. and engine.


if you can make a video on youtube of it.. an post the link you will get more responces of what year it might be.
look at your shock set up. your powervalve adjuster.
