Default Help me sort my '73 TC100

I have a 1973 Suzuki TC100 which I bought from the original owner. It's in very fine shape but has a glitch I need some help with. When first starting the morning, it runs fine for the first 5 minutes or so. Then when in gears 1 & 2, it bogs done like the choke is on. Does this a little in gear 3, not at all in gear 4.

The choke is not on, but it refuses to rev clean above 1/3 throttle. If I ride it for 20 minutes or so, it partially goes away. Makes no difference if you turn choke on or off. Have cleaned carb several times. Timing is spot on.

Ideas?
