93 rm125

yeah i have a 93 rm125 and i just got it can i bore it or would it have to be sleeved

Just check the parts fiche for the bike from one of the online places. If it shows oversize pistons on the fiche, the bike CAN be bored.

If not, then the cylinder is plated, and will have to be sent off for repair and replating.

A sleeve is not the hot ticket, in most cases.

I think the '93 is a plated cylinder, if I'm not mistaken.

Mine is a '94 and it's plated.
