Default Is this a 92 RM 250

Can anyone help by looking at this pic. The guy I got this off of said it was a 1992 RM250. The frame was powder coated and so was the vin from the steering stem. Before I go and scrape that area off to see if there is a vin # can anyone tell by just looking at it? The engine # is: J110-115519

I am 99% sure that is a 1992. It looks like that body style only ran in 91 and 92. But looking at other pictures it looks to be a 92.
