Default 2003 rm 125 bogging down

i have a 2003 rm 125 and every since i put on my vforce reed valve3 it has been starting up first kick just fine and as soon as i turn the throttle it just bogs down and dies and when i try and start it again it will backfire sometimes, my plug is really wet and ive changed my jetting in the carb about 5 times now and it still wont run for more than 5 minutes anyone know what could be wrong????????

i dropped my main jet from a 460 to a 450, raised the needle by a half a clip from the third position to 2-1/2 with a spacer, and i dropped the pilot jet from a 40 to 37.5 and it just does the same thing over and over starts up just fine then boggs down and dies when i open the throttle even a hair, its a well maintained bike im running my stock top end in it now and it doesnt even have 10 hours on it someone please tell me what they think is wrong with it, its bugging the hell out of me

if your spark plug is wet that means your running too rich..

When you say you raised the needle by 2 1/2 spaces do you mean you lowered the clip or raised it on the needle... if you raise the clip then you lean out your carb meaning less fuel is goin through it...

If you lower the clip then your making the mixture more rich....

another thing you can try is screw in the air screw all the way then turn it out a full turn... the spec for the air screw on that bike is 1/2-1 1/2 turns...

i have the same bike that kinda had the same problem just not to that extent and i turned my air screw out 1 1/2 turns and it helped alot...
