Default 00 rm 250 horrible bottom end runs choppy but runs great on the top end?

i got a a 152 main with a 38 pilot jet with it on the 2nd needle setting and i mean the bike pulls insainly hard on the top end but anything else it shutters and just runs poor i mean it useable and rideable but anoying is there any solution too this

Ok, check your power valves. They could be stuck or adjusted incorrectly.

Yes, I've seen the PV wear out and cause all kinds of problems...out of interest, what is the plug like if you have been riding in lower rpms? My hunch is its likely to be....wet.

ok im merely asking cause i dont know doesnt the power valve only open while or close too wide open throttle? or does it indeed effect bottom end?

I too am curious as to what your spark plug looks like after a ride. does your seem to "load up" a lot and need reving to "clean" out the engine before pulling away, and is there lots of smoke during that?
