Damage?

This is a discussion on Damage? within the 2-Stroke Motorcycles - Kawasaki forum, part of the 2-Stroke Motorcycle Forums category; Well started ripping into the bike, found out the carb(intake manifold) is the wrong 1 , looks like stress cracks ...

Angry Damage?

Well started ripping into the bike, found out the carb(intake manifold) is the wrong 1 , looks like stress cracks in the clutch hub, and the cluth plates i ordered, 1 of the friction plates, part of the cork? is missing, will the wrong carb boot do any damage to motor? and ofcourse the guy/kid i bought it off of wont return my calls...

Sorry to say ****ty luck man but thats what happens when you buy used same thing on some that i have bought used good old saying SOLD AS IS so i wouldnt expect that guy/kid to be answering any time soon. But good luck getting fixed up

An incorrect carb boot would just affect engine performance but I doubt it would hurt the clutch. The clutch is probably just shot from wear and tear.
