Default YZ 490 seven stud Cylinders

Good evening: I`m in the process of rebuilding my 87 YZ490. I would like to know what, if any, are the differences in the seven stud cylinders and heads? It appeares that there is a change in the upper motor mount boss on the head. But are there factory changes as to port location and size? Have access to 84 cylinder & head which has been modified. will application work using all other 87 parts and specs?
