I believe that is a stantion-pin from a 210 series mitsumi pneumatic hammer. Some guy back in japan is in real trouble with the company, and his pay has been docked 250 Yen per week until he locates the missing item. I remember reading about this in HondaNews mag a while back. It gave the address to mail it to... (not REALLY).
I dunno what it is. I have an '03 CR125; I've done a few flips with it, and don't remember having one of those hit me in the chin or anything... If the bike runs all right, fuggitaboutit.... something that small couldn't be THAT important could it?

no, hahaha. I've never done any engine work on any of my bikes. The ole 100 could probably use new valves and a new piston though I beat that thing to hell and back. Such as going around a track 5th gear pinned everywhere and comming up short on jumps.

Posting from work!

Ha`ha, this is funny s***! I`d say if you got cylinder off, its a part off the power valve.
