Is this the one to buy?

I have both but find myself with the book in hand more times then I do using the CD. I also like the hard copy better than the CD version, but I think a lot is personal preference. Either way you can't go wrong, just get one.

Want me to just burn you a copy of the CD?

The book is good to have, and like faded said you will find your self using the book more times then the CD. Buy the Book and ill burn you a CD, OR CR-Flavor will I should say.

mecrazyperson im just going to buy the book thanks though.

The book you can take with you the cd would be usless in ocotillo/glamis or wherever.
