One last question about jetting. I hope.

I have ordered the 38mm keihin pwk carb for my 03 CR250 and am waiting for it to ship. I dont have the 00' CR service manual or jetting charts and I dont know what incraments Keihin makes there jets/needles at. Does anyone know or have this jetting chart so I can have a place to start, and know which direction to go in? ( I ride at sea level and about 65 degrees)

I bought some main jetts #178,#175,#172 and pilots #48,#45,#42.... not sure on the needles.

Yeah my carb is arriving today and I am going to go buy a #178, #175 main and #45, #42 pilot today so I can get it close when I go ride this weekend. Keep me posted on your success and also If you find out anything about the needles.

Well I think I just finished my jetting tests. Check out my thread "tryin to get my Keihin carb dialed in". I took notes and documented all my results after each test. Hope it helps!
