Default Need to verify cr250 piston bore sizing

I am about to order a new Pro-X piston, but wanted to verify something before I do.

My cylinder (96 cr250) has a "B" on the bottom of the intake flange. I assume this means I have a "B" sized cylinder. I measured my bore and it is 66.4mm.

I was going to order a 66.35mm Pro-X piston. The piston that is in there is either OEM or PRO-X. It has "ART" stamped/molded on the inside.

Is the 66.35 the correct size for a "B" cylinder? I wanted to make sure before I order/install it.

I tried to find an 800 number for Pro-x, but I'm not having any luck.

From the results of your measurements, it looks like you have a stock bore.
Honda didn't go to the "A" "B" piston/cylinder system until 1997 so you
don't have to worry about that. I'm pretty sure you have an OE piston
since "ART" is stamped on it, (ART has been a piston subcontractor to
Honda for decades).

You should be good-to-go ordering a stock size replacement from the brand
of your choice.

I ordered the 66.34 mm PRO-X kit, if anyone else ever needs this info.

Dennis Kirk beat OEM cycle's price by a buck so the piston, rings, wrist pin, and clips was only $87.94 + shipping, if anyone is in the market... I would normally buy from Rocky Mountain, but they only had the 66.35 mm PRO-X kit.
