| I have my clutch apart on my 2000 CR125 and checked my friction plates. The fibers look OK, and when I checked them with a micrometer, they were about .113-.114" thickness. My owner's manual (I do not have a shop manual) says the limit is .112. I don't know how thick they are when they are brand new though, so I really have no idea if there is a lot of wear or not. Does anyone know what the standard thickness is? Thanks. |
