That darn clutch.

Default That darn clutch.

does anyone elese notice a real bad clutch rattle on the CR125? What is the best fix a new perch?

You can use a YZ250 clutch perch, it has on the fly adjusters and is rattle free.

Just installed a works connection clutch perch and lever assembly on the 450. Nice piece. Lever rides on needle bearings, otf adjuster, and the hotstart is positioned for the thumb.

here's the fix w/o having to buy anything.

loosen the nut on the bottom of the lever. Tighten the top bolt ( it is threaded into the perch, the nut on the bottom is like a jam nut that merely keeps it from loostening) until the up and down slop dissapears. be careful not to overtighten and bind the lever. then retighten the bottom nut
