Default Crank Seal on a 97 CR-250

Mine are not leaking luckily (knock on wood) but, my curriousity begs me to ask.
I was told by the Honda Dealer you do not have to actually split the Crank Case Halves to do the seal. (I always like to ask atleast 2 people) LOL
But he didnt mention if I need to pull the Right Crankcase Cover after Clutch removal to be able to pull or pick it out.
Thanks

Yep, on most bikes you don't have to split the cases to pull them out...I've heard of people putting drywall screws in them to have something to grab.

And yes, you have to pull off the clutch cover/clutch/all of that good stuff to get to the oil seal, but for the left side one you just need to pull your flywheel.
