Default CR250R Keihin Conversion

Like many others, I'm trying the Keihin 38mm PWK A/S conversion on a fairly stock 03 Honda CR250R. The problem I'm having is that the carb is a pain in the butt to fit on the boot going into the reed block. The Keihin is a tad beefier than the Mikuni. I'm sure I have the right A/S. Black screw top non TPS. Anyone else have this problem? Thanks!

Default 94 CR 250

I am running the same carb with FMF pipe and FMF jetting specs except I had to go down one size on the pilot. I did not have a fitment issue. Itís a great upgrade! Mine runs perfect!
