Default CR250 Rear Brake Rub. HELP!

I just bought a dirt cheap 2000 cr250. The rear brake is rubbing. The rotor is rubbing the pin that holds the pads on. Any ideas on what's causing the brake rub? Too big of a rotor? I'm about to check out the parts diagram and see what I can find, but thought I'd ask you smart guys first. Thanks!

Assuming nothing is bent, the rotor could be an oversize with the stock
carrier. Measure the diameter of the rotor, if it's larger than 240mm,
it's an oversize.
