Default Bringing a 1991 CR500 back to life

Hey all, I'm bringing my 1991 CR500 back to action after sitting unused since 1997. I'd bet it will just start up but I want to go through the whole bike and give her some TLC. Are there any known issues to look at? I'm thinking of re-gasketing or re-building the following:

Front Forks
Swing-arm Suspension
Cylinder head, piston
Water pump
Carburetor

I'll be replacing all the wear items like tires, sprockets, all new fluids, bleeding brakes, etc.

Anything you can suggest I pay special attention to?

Thanks!

How was it stored- indoors, old oil left in the engine, has the engine been turned over at all or sprayed with fogging oil, was gas left in the tank or carb, etc. After sitting for nearly 2 decades you may be in for some surprises. That said, when I bought my 91 3 years ago it had been stored for about 10 years and it fired up 3rd kick when I put fresh gas in it after doing nothing else. The previous owner pushed the kick start through its stroke about once a month, there was no visible damage to any engine internals at all (I split the cases).

Thanks cowboyona!

I've decided to get a full gasket kit to be safe, and replace the wheel bearings as well.

Safe riding!
