Default anyone have a cr500 they want to get rid of?

     

kinda looking for a cr500 93-97 year. have a 2000 yzf426 i would trade for one. im just not a 4 stroke guy. any certain year cr i should stay away from? any tips would be great, thanks

'96 and up CR500's are what you should be on the look out for. They recieved the last of the suspension upgrades, and you can actually put the newer/newest CR/CRF forks right in the clamps.

Get a roller CRF and an 89 engine. Best combo for a killer bike.

Mmmm....That sounds like a sick bike....Crf 450??

'02-'07 CR250 chassis are better in the turns (CRF450 pushes to much) then the CRF450, and is an easier conversion.

The easiest bike to convert though, is the '97-'99 CR250. But, the chassis is pretty harsh.
