Hi all im a newbie to this forum which is great. i own a 98 cr250 which is leaking fuel from the overflow hose as soon as i turn the fuel tap on. all was fine until i fitted a new fuel tap, which i dont think was the cause as i tried the old one and it was still leaking. any help would be great. I have fitted 07 plastics on it. Yes it can be done. I will post some pics up in the photo gallery tell me what you think. cheers Last edited by dimo888; 08-31-2008 at 03:02 PM.

Ditto with AJ. Also make sure when you clean it, to set the float level for proper height.

Sometimes tapping on the side of the float bowl will dislodge any foreign stuff in the needle seat, but you are better off taking it apart and cleaning it.
